The Bluestack Way – This is a 47km walking route and the Bluestack Mountains are a rugged mountain range in which peaks range from over 600m.
Lough Eske Nature trail – This is a quiet Nature Reserve developed by National Parks and Wildlife Service
Donegal Bay Waterbus – Takes you on a journey to view the seal colony on Seal Island, admire The Bluestack Mountains and the many islands of Donegal Bay with full commentary. The waterbus has a fully stocked bar and dance floor.
Donegal Castle – Built by the O’Donnell chieftain in the 15th century and is located in the centre of Donegal Town.

Walls of Derry/ Londonderry – An hour away by car from Donegal Manor. Is the City of Culture 2013. This ancient city dates back to 546 AD when St Colmcille founded his first abbey. Hear the history of Battle of the Bogside and 1972 Bloody Sunday.
Glenveagh National Park – Is located one hour away by car from Donegal Manor and is one of six national parks in Ireland. Glenveagh features 16,000 acres in the heart of the Derryveagh Mountains. It was once a private deer forest before becoming a national park in 1975.
Ulster American Folk Park – Is an hour away from Donegal Manor. Follow the trail of the world famous story of Irish emigration.
