Operations & Guest Experience Manager
Full-timeWe're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead day-to-day operations and elevate the guest experience at Donegal Manor. You'll manage the team, oversee bookings, and ensure every guest feels the warmth and quality we're known for.
What you'll do
- Lead and support the front-of-house team
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest communications
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Handle exclusive hire event logistics
- Continuously improve operational processes
